how long do I bake chicken tenders for?
I would like to make a chicken recipe for dinner later. The recipe calls for bone-in chicken pieces, but all I have is boneless chicken tenders. I need adapt the cook time - how long would I need to bake the tenders for in order for them to be done, but not dry?

- 20 minutes at 400 degrees.
- 30 to 40 mins at 350 degrees A lower temp can sometimes allow sauces or spices to cook in longer. But this all depends on the recipe, and the oven: Your oven may be set to "350" but be a bit cooler (heat escapes), so the best bet is to check in after about 25 minutes. Simple answer: if you cut into a piece and the juices run clear, you're done.
- 15-20 MIN @350
- all u need to do is take a frying pan..heat up till pan till hot..add in some oil..seal the skin of e boneless chicken 1st then the meat..like tis it gives a nice brown colour..then in oven..roughly abt 5mins in the oven..e oven temperature should be 165 degrees celuis..
